Sorry,but I had to quit offering free catalogs with no orders because of the exremely low response rate.Each catalog costs me $5.70 to send so I was not able to fulfill all the summer requests and decided to quit offering them with out orders.I hope you can understand my position on this,but I do automatically add one to orders...:)
