Can your gift store ship orders outside the United States ? Sorry but our fulfillment house does not ship outside the United States ! If you are outside the USA and want something we can do it , but it will take a lot longer and you would have to pay 2 shipping charges. I live in Alaska , you would have to pay to have items shipped to my house from the fulfillment center in Fontana California , then I would have to ship it to you . I will only charge you actual shipping charges . We can discuss this if you contact me . The free shipping offer for non -USA orders does not apply . I will split the cost with you or work out some other kind of fair arrangement .

What if my order is delivered damaged? Return the damaged items to us for a full refund.

What if I want to return an item? you choose to return any item that is not damaged for any reason, there will be a 20% re-stocking charge that will be applied. Sorry , but this is what the fulfillment house charges us !

What if something goes wrong with the ordering process while I am placing on order? Please go to the Contact Us area of our website and notify us of the specific trouble you encountered and we will promptly see that it is taken of.Or call 907-683-4372 and we can take the order over the phone.Sometimes it's just a matter of not accepting your credit card because the billing information or name doesn't match exactly with your billing statements from your credit card company.

What if an item I want or order is out of stock? Our typical out-of-stock rate is less than 5%, well below industry average. In addition, our Sourcing Department has devoted resources to full-time analysis and reordering of inventory. If any product you order is out of stock, you will be notified.Your order will not go through if you ordered multiple items and one or more is unavailable.We will contact you and ask if you want the remaining item(s).You won't be charged .

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Master Card , Visa ,Discover Cards,American Express, also electronic checks, check or money order . Credit Card statements will read Awesome Collectibles & Healy Ak (appearantly they don't have room to add "Gifts" since they have the city and state) . We also have a paypal account set up for : paypal@collectiblesandgifts.net if you would feel more comfortable using them.

How do I save up to 40%...Which items are deductible? Our whole store is deductible,everyday !! Enter referral code : discount20 in the referral code at check out and receive a 20% discount off the retail prices you see on the items if your merchandise total is under $40 ! Enter referral code : discount40 * if your merchandise totals $40 or more for a 40% discount off the retail prices you see . At Awesome Collectibles & Gifts you will be getting wholesale prices with out having to bother with the membership fees , becoming a member , or minimum orders wholesale warehouses have ! * If you enter the wrong code your cart will show the discount amount of which code you enter . Our shopping cart or auto responder does not recognize dollar values in the discount code, we hand process all orders so we will correct it for you . For example if you place an order under $40 and enter discount40 for a 40% discount , the cart will accept it , but when we hand process the order we will deduct the correct amount which would be a 20% discount , not a 40% discount like your cart / receipt read for orders under $40 .

How much do I have to order to qualify for free shipping? Free standard shipping on orders $75.00 and over , regardless of what your cart says , it does not allow us to make the discount , we hand process orders and will manually deduct the shipping on orders $75 or over ! We are working to get a better system for discounts , but until then this is the only way we can offer the discounts we want too ..;)
